Filmmakers and TV producers dream of creating work that changes lives. Inspires people in some way. Affects even the smallest change in our every day world.
Today, a 15 year old filmmaker in Toledo, Ohio, has become our inspiration.
Make a Wish
Albert Bryant, suffering from a form of Mitochondrial Myopathy, a muscular disorder, watches our TV show Scream Queens. At the end of last season, he shared his one request with the Make-A-Wish Foundation: to meet Scream Queens’ acting coach John Homa.
Never Stop Dreaming
Albert says the meeting inspired him to make his own movie, and that’s just what he did. Shaving his 86 page original script to 25 pages due to “budget concerns” Albert’s now in production on his first film, “Vampire Chicks.” Total budget: $140.
Albert, You da’ Man
You’ve got more courage and determination than the most hardened of Hollywood moguls. We’re honored that you’re a fan of John and the show. The whole Scream Queens family is a fan of yours.
You are a shining example of what we call a Hands-On Producer, and we can’t wait to see your movie!
